1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return it following our return policy after receiving it.
• Custom/Personalized Orders: These cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
